• You’ll be required to use online third-party ID verification tools to go through a proving ID process. Have your ID ready during this step.

Step 2: We, as the Notary Public, will confirm your ID.

• Once the Notary Public confirm your identity, the Notarial act proceeds as usual. Our Notary Public uses audio-visual technology to detect duress. Then, the Notarial Act will conduct as in-person. A notarial seal will be affixed to the document. Also, the document will be signed. 

• Once the notary service is complete, the online platform will create a secured record of the transaction that is only accessible to the Notary Public.
